I would like to thanks everyone for coming out and taking part in the 2014 Capital City Stars 6th, 7th & 8th grade tryouts.  I would like to welcome our 9th grade Elite team into the Stars family too.  Central Ohio is the hot bed for basketball talent.  Coach White told the ladies in attendance, " Its about your Skills & your WILL to be the BEST, period!"

I'm so proud of the girls, the coaching staff and our parents for believing in our vision and helping to shape the future of the Capital City Stars Girls Basketball program in Central Ohio.  I'd like to personally thank everyone for participating in the 2013 Capital City Stars Program. The Lady Star's wrapped up their season @ the Cardinal Classic.  The last tournament consisted of our 8th grade Stars playing up in the 10th/11th grade division.  It was designed to be very challenging. The team was mostly made up of 7th & 8th grade player while Coach White added some of his older past  players to fill out the remaining roster. I hope everyone came away with a rewarding experience and the courage to face all competition and the confidence to succeed versus tough adversaries. I encourage you all to keep your eyes on the prize & work hard for your school season. I hope to see everyone back for an even more aggressive spring schedule. Things to remember: ''Success only comes before WORK in the dictionary.''  What are you doing today to make a better tomorrow, not just for you but for the Planet!...................... The brash and fiercely competitive Stars' continue to building the resurgence of the Capital City Stars Girls Basketball program each week with their outstanding play on the court.

Words to describe our players:  Animated, enthusiastic, brazen, courageous, exuberant, unabashed,  victorious,  rejuvenated, reverberation, marvelous, sensational, vivacious, wonderful, terrific and with a thunderous echoing chant heard during their circle of Family..............ahhhh....1,...2, ..3.............................
